Due to a recent illness, Don is no longer building boats or kits (kits may return in the future). We
are still selling drift boat plans and accessories
and we have a shopping cart installed on selected items on the Specials page.
Although he is not involved with the business, Don Hill River Boats, any longer, he is volunteering his time to provide technical support and assistance for those building boats from his plans or need help with equipment decisions.

Drift Boat KitsQuality is the keyword in describing a Don Hill drift boat kit. The plywood is grade AA fur marine plywood. The lumber for the seats and pre-assembled ribs is clear straight grain fur and clear oak for the handrails, chines and battons. All screws, bolts and other hardware are stainless steel. Combine these quality materials with plans, assembly manual and video and you get a kit that is easy to build and produces a quality boat.
